Perusing the moderation logs, I noticed that one of my users was able to delete his post. 
There are two scary things about this..
1. ) It's listed under moderator actions, which this user is no part of.
2. ) The permissions for the group the user is a part of does NOT have permission to delete posts.
Under "Users & Groups" is where I set and verified the permissions for this. Is there another area that I'm missing?

Nevermind. I forgot all about the forum permissions.
