Folks

Just a short note to express my appreciation for helping me through my understanding of the upgrade process to 1.6.3. I'll now know what to do next time for upgrades running the installer!

I transferred my forum to MyBB 3 months ago after 2 years on Proboards - and have never looked back. But obviously, moving from a serviced environment to my own domain etc has been quite a learning curve. I've also started another MyBB forum (covering the caravan & motorhome industry) and am hosting a third on behalf of a friend.

Just wanted to say thanks to Matt & the team, as well as the various members who helped me with some of the stuff!

Cheers Guys

Mick

Matt's the epicness and god of MyBB Big Grin
Thanks to him, I'd still be brain stupid about MyBB.

Thanks to the team! Smile
I still remember my first thread: http://community.mybb.com/thread-39279.html

Luckily Matt was there to assist me! Now go ahead and laugh at me. Toungue
The support staff are awesome, no doubt about it.

@faviouz: o.O at your first post haha. I can't even remember mine at all!
Faviouz, you used Byethost! :O

And, don't worry on my first instillation my friend pretty much explained it step by step

"Yeah put the db details in there"
"db details?"
"just figure it out"
"thanks.."
