Send it to his host

DO a whois check and look at the name servers, if that doesn't work, visit whoishostingthis and it will tell you who the SERVER (end of the line) host is. Send it to their abuse department.

If you need help, I will gladly help you VIA PM... Not the first, or second, or third, or even twentieth time I had to send them.

Will do that. But is it ok if I dont put my address and phone # in like these instructions say to? I dont feel comparable with that.

As for Nuffy or w/e, he has been dealt with and denied support until he adds your copyright back to your theme.
