Hello please i need urgently mybb plugin/ or php i can embeb it
contact form with 3 department
each department email have specific email
sales , sales@
support , support@
billing , billing@

Use something like google docs or 123contactform. This doesn't need a plugin.

I have a builtin mybb contact forum that allows you to add departments.
