Go to: ACP > Users and groups > User title > Junior Member > and add 0 in "Number of Stars" option field.
I actually deleted all those because I dont want them to show up but they still are.
Can you please print your screen of Usertitle editing page of Junior Member.
Go to: ACP > Users and groups > Groups > Select group > Edit [Options] > and add 0 in "User Stars" (# of Stars) option field.
But it'll effect all users belong to that usergroup.
There is no group called Junior Members though and all my groups are set to 0 stars
If its still showing to thr usergroups even if you've deleted, then its your cache issue.
ACP > Tools and Maintenance > Cache Manager > usergroups & usertitles > Rebuild Cache for both.
