All users and visitors ip is same as the server ip.
Any help on how to fix this appreciated.

Go to: ACP > Tools and Maintenance > File verification > Run.

Does it says any changed file ?

no there is no changed file except function.php(google seo mod).

Re-upload functions.php file that came with the plugin corresponding to the correct MyBB version.

Are you under a proxy network such as cloudflare?

No i guess. the website is hosted under a shared server.
Anyways I got it fixed thanks to yumi.
