You can get a gmail account customized for your domain and will display your chosen domain

For Google Apps you already need to own the domain or buy a new domain. So it's not free. If you already have a hosting account and a domain, you are probably able to setup a new e-mail box or alias.

Or you could just create an email address in your host control panel where you created the MySQL database.
