Hello, I am a fan of HabCentral, a MyBB Forum. And they have a couple features I would like to incorperate into my forum, and I was hoping someone could tell me how or where to find these MODs.
A welcome box at the top of the forum index, when you log in it would show this.

If not logged in it shows this:

If not logged in, there is a quick login replacing your status since last time.
