how do I remove Friendly Redirections?

for example like after I post it say some like "thank you for posting"

Settings >> Server & Optimization >> Friendly Redirection Pages

To disable it for all new users:
AdminCP -> Configuration -> Server and Optimization Options -> Friendly Redirection: No

To disable it for currently registered users, they will need to go to:
UserCP -> Edit Options -> Uncheck the tickbox for Show Friendly Redirect Pages
