I want to give access 2/3 more users to my site with site close.so we all can work together.
how can I do that????

It was designed for 1.4, but it may still work.

If you want it in an individual basis, take the plugin suggested by Joshua. If you want to grant the access by user groups, take the one suggested by Yaldaram. (I use the latter and it works fine in 1.6.3.)
