Ok, so, I want to use userbars on my forum at hugehabbo.net, but I haven't found a plugin that allows them. Is there one? The userbars will look something like this: http://thishabboforum.com/simon/userbars/admin.png

There's no plugin for user badges.

Go to: ACP > Users and Groups > Groups > Administrator > and add Image URL on Group Image option field.

If you meant to have a Usergroup Badge, then Yes.
