Ok, I've checked the postbit templates for duplicates, but I still get this:


What must I do to resolve this?

Looks like you're missing an image, it's showing the alternate text for the image (which is the same as the text for the link), make sure you've uploaded the images for MySupport to the image folder for your theme.

That fixes quite a lot of issues, thanks. I guess I didn't see it in the readme that I had to upload the images to the theme directory instead of the images directory like I thought.
