Dont know what has happened, but now when you press Thank You on a post, it just goes to the Loading box Please Wait in the middle of the screen, and nothing else!

You have to refresh the page to get rid of it, where you find that your thanks had been given,

Any help would be great.

Did you update to the new version yet?
There was a problem with a previous version of the plugin with 1.6.3 but normally that was fixed in the newest release.
