How do I change my new post/old post icons? Atm it's just a blue arrow and it doesn't look very nice.
You can Replace the Icons from ./images/ folder with new icons.
Err, explain how I would do that..?
Go to: ./images/ folder and find these 3 icons;
off.gif
on.gif
offlock.gif
Replace it with your new icons but keep the icon's extension same. e.g. it should be .gif

Explain in noob version how I'd swap them.
I said Replace the old icons with the new ones keeping the name and extension same.
I deleted the old on.gif which was the arrow, and uploaded my new image which was saves as a .gif image, named on.gif, I then uploaded it to the same path location as my on.gif was located originally, and nothing changed on my forum.
Clear your browser's cache, it should work. Use force refresh by pressing CTRL + F5 from Keyboard.
