Allows you to reply on a post via PM.

Compatible with MyBB 1.4.x and MyBB 1.6.x

DESCRIPTION
This plugin allows you to reply to a post via PM by clicking on the PM button in the postbit. The subject will automatically set to "RE:" + the post subject and the message gets quotes in the private message.
