Is there a way to modify the members search to include last and/or first name to the options?

Do you mean the person's actual name? Does your forum have extra profile fields to add you actual name?

Because mybb has a built in feature that allows you to search for posts and threads from a specific username.

Yes, custom fields have been set up to require first and last names and I would like that option for a search.

Ok I will try and come up with a code for you tommorow. I don't have time right now.

I found the search coding but cannot find anywhere that would show any additional search options.
