Yes, It is from Tehran (Iranian Capital) in winter.

No, It is not right. Iran has place with cold climate and hot climate.
North of Iran hsd cool climate, NW of Iran has cold climate and South of Iran has hot climate

Some stunning photographs there! Especially the one of Tehran in the winter.

Wow, I never knew it snowed in Iran during the winter looks beautiful btw
