Hi, this is just a small problem I'm having. How do I make it so that attaching files to posts is disabled forum-wide? Do I have to go through my forums permissions one by one?

Go to: ACP > Users and Groups > Groups > Select Group > Edit > Forums and Posts tab > and Untick 'Can post attachments?' checkbox.

That usergroup will not able to Post attachments in posts.

But if you want to disallow that Usergroup on per forum basis, You have to Uncheck the "Can post attachments?" checkbox on Permissions of that forum.
