I am wanting a plugin for mybb that:

• Shows a page explaining what a blog is.
  
• Displays links to sites where blogs can be hosted.
  
• Displays links to sites where blog software can be downloaded.
  
• Shows a set of rules on the main page.
  
• Allows users blogs to be linked in their mini profile.
  

I'd want the main page to be called "blogs.php".

If you want, I can draw out an HTML page of what I want it to look like.

For the information page you can use Page Manager or Custom Pages. And the blog in the profile can be done with a custom profile field.
