hello friends, How can I get a sweet banner like Mybb{see screenshot}????

You'd need to make it yourself using images and some HTML. That was made for out site by Justin.

I only want to put a picture on it, nothing else....
if there is any plugin, which help me to put a Banner at my header like this,Please suggest me.

No there is no such plugin.

You have to make it out of CSS and HTML and for button hovering effect, you would have to know the position of X and Y coordinates in the image and place an effect there.

You just want to put a banner in your header? If it is just one image, then there are multiple plugins for this. The picture you posted was a banner, with links and images on it.

You could try this:

That will allow you to have a image in your header. Just use <img src="header_ad_image.png" alt="Image_Name" /> for the ad code.

If you don't know where to start, I would recommend you hire a professional designer if you want something like this created.
