help i accidently changed my group and now im a registered player only cuz my computer lagged and i wanted to make my friend a admin and now im a registered player and so it he can someone help?

Do you know your user id? If you are using the same user account that you created during installation, it's probably 1.
Then go to your database in phpMyAdmin and run the following query:
UPDATE mybb_users SET usergroup=4 WHERE uid=1
