Okay no one can log out by pressing the log out button, it goes log out successful then when it redirects your logged in again.

Could it be because of the ads added in the member welcome block?

It works perfectly. I don't think its because of that but you could give it a shot. Your forum just takes times to load so you will have to press "Click here if you don't want to wait any longer".

It should be fixed now

Try to clear your cookies manually. And see if it happens again after you login.
