hey there

at my site infernogaming(.)info i wanted the replies to be shown like they are here because at IG when you make the reply you have to scroll down to the bottom and theres a box that looks like this.



and you have to click on each of thoose to view each reply how do i change this as i cant find the settting in the ACP

EDIT: got it i had to switch to linear mode in my UCP but now i ask, is there any way to make it the default one

Admincp >> Configuration >> Show Thread Options >> Usenet Style Thread View >> No

This will change the default setting for the board for new users from this point on, to change this setting for existing users, either ask them to change it in Usercp >> Edit Options >> Thread View Mode >> Linear or you can do it via an sql query and change it for all the users

EDIT The query is:

UPDATE `mybb_users` SET `threadmode` = 'linear'
