Hey guys looking for a gaming theme that has staff on it. I would like it if anyone had a theme or could help find a theme, please don't flame thanks!

That is actually a good theme.
Now, as for the staff button, its fairly easy
Follow these Steps:
ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > Edit Template > Header:
When you open the header file,you will see something like this:
Underneath that, you can add a custom line:
That's it
you should See a button "Staff" and a picture beside it in the menu bar
