I want to ask questions and get help on my forum index.php been deface the forum neighbors, who want to help me to restore my forum as before ?.

You need to ask your hosting company first...
I have not seen any dangerous security bugs in MyBB 1.6.3.
To restore, just upload new MyBB download and do fresh install. Backup your config.php first.

Your forum isn't accessible here.
If you can access your forum, maybe they have defaced just you index page and redirected all page with the help of htaccess to your index.
In this case, login to your ACP and proceed to your theme templates, check index page template and see if any codes are changed, if yes paste the default content of the index template there of your theme and also check htaccess once from your ftp.
