In header template, add the following code;

Edit: Its looking fine for me BTW.
When i visit the link what i see is the default theme and it is there, if you ar using a diffrent theme you either need to
give us a test login to see it
make the new theme default
or provide a screenshot.
Sorry my co-Admin had changed the theme, try again now, it is set as default theme for guests.
