Is there anyway to turn off thread ratings without editing every forums/sub forum

like a global setting?

ok im being thick and search is not helping im trying to find phpmyadmin via ftp with no luck

phpmyadmin is located in Your CPanel > Database Management > phpmyadmin

phpMyAdmin can be found in your web host's control panel (e.g. cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk).

So, login to your web host's control panel and somewhere in the database management area, you should see the phpMyAdmin link. It's a bit hard to give precise instructions because we don't know what control panel you are using, but you can always contact your web host and ask them how you can access phpMyAdmin.

i dont have a database management im using ftp no cpanel

It's not in your FTP, but in your web host's control panel.
