Inspirated by a GPL PSD, though I can't find the link back!

Looks fairly good so far Definitely needs a new logo though IMO. Also, I'd polish the sidebar's collapse - The arrow's fine usually, but if you're doing it as stock in the theme, I'd make it suit the theme better (look at the IPB and vB versions for ideas possibly?)

Yes, I thought to remove that collapse too.

Looks great so far. I like the tabs, the way you used.

really good,my suggestion is to check phpbb designs of rocket theme for the sidebar implementation,as well the vb and ipb designs,so you can have more clean cut collapse.
