Are you using Internet Explorer?? From the screenshot, that looks like it's happening on this site. IE does not work properly with some of the elements of MyBB.
No, it's not only IE related. It is the same at FF, Opera and Chrome....
I'm not getting anything like this on Chrome. What's your screen resolution set to, 'cause I'm sure this is not a MyBB bug??
I am not blaming MyBB for a bug...
I get this behaviour at two different screens with 1680x1050 and 1280x1024 resolution.

Do you mean the drop down pagination box next to a forum name?? I think this could be a bug, because of the site being a fixed width.
