I just installed wamp and when i try and go to local host and it shows up a blink page, i reinstalled it and it still does it, whoever uses wamp have you had this problem?
Do you have skype running? That messes with wamp (I think it steals ports 80 from httpd.exe)
Also, have you started wamp?
That means Apache isn't working correctly. It must be running.
Also, just in case, try going to 127.0.0.1 (or ::1 if you're on IPv6) instead of localhost.
I use to have skype but i got rid of it and i forgot to mention, when i click on "put online" i get a Could not excute menu item (internal error) it's online right now, but i still get a blink page, i have no idea what could be wrong.
Can you access it from your external IP then?
If it doesn't work out you could always try something like XAMPP or easyPHP.
That don't even work, i guess ill have to try one of those you mentioned.
i use xampp it is a very nice little programme never had no issues with it

Ya, i tried everything.
Im thinking if i want it to work, i might need to reinstall my system.
WAMP hasn't been updated in almost 6 months now. I would look into an alternative such as xampp.(there are a lot of them out there now)
