I would like a plugin that automatically bans a user with the same IP address.

There are some drawbacks to this, as what if you have 2 or 3 legit members from the same house or school and accessing it from the same network then most of them will be banned, even though they are not spammers.

I would rather like an idea if the user ban on the basis of specific/unique cookie.
