Is there a plugin that allows mybb to automatically email members on your forum that haven't logged in on the forum for a specified period of time?

Example: After three weeks of inactivity/lack of logging in, an is sent saying

"Dear ________,

We haven't seen you on our forums for a long time. We miss you!"

etc..
