Yes, when I post a new message with these characters ; there willl be "?"s instead of them.

(I'm using DreamHost... Rolleyes )

don't know how but "latin1_swedish_ci" charset works and these Turkish characters can be seen. Smile

You should change your servers my.cnf or my.ini file. In these file the character coding must be latin1 change it to latin5 than it will work fine
