I have 100% installed the forum software and have removed the install folder. Is it because I need to wait for the 24-48 hour timer thing?
You have to wait for your DNS to propergate. This can take anything between an hour to 72 hours, depending on your registrar.

You probably haven't even installed yet from the sound of it. Care to describe how you installed??

Anyway, your host should have provided you with ftp and database details, or a panel (cpanel?) from where you can set these up.
Login to your site using ftp, upload the forum files to where you want your forum to be located, if you want the forum to be located at RuneGlobe.com then upload the files to your root /, if you want your forum to be located at RuneGlobe.com/forums ten upload the files to /forums

Once you upload then open a browser window and go to RuneGlobe.com/install or RuneGlobe.com/forums/install depending on where you installed and follow the instructions to install the forum. You will be asked for your database details during installation so have them handy.
Ah! I have solved the problem! Thank you all.
