From what I remember from forrst, the circle will be replaced with a photo

Personally I find both too simple for a good portfolio. The whole point is to show off your skills
Not saying simplicity isn't great, but it needs more imho.

The first layout is better, second has too much unnecessary elements. Simple is beauty, remember. Nice works.

Yes, that's right. The circle will be a photo of myself. I just didn't have the one I'm going to use with me when I made this. I'll edit the first post to reflect that (I thought I already put it in there, so sorry!)

Kind of looks like a poster, but other then that Its pretty good.

Like the first one, looks good.
