I presently have a hunting ProBoards forum that has 2700+ members and we have 5 to 6 thousand page views a day. I have been satisfied with[/u] them until recently when they issued a new TOS that forbid any firerarm or firearm related items or knives for sale. Since we are a hunting orienated site that is counter to what we talk about and do.
Does MYBB have any such TOS?

Absolutely not. You are welcome to create a board on that subject matter. However, unlike ProBoards you have to host MyBB yourself (or find a free mybb host that will do it for you).

You can do what you like with MyBB, but with some illegal things you'll be denied support.
I'm not sure about what the team will say about this though.
MyBB is forum software only. You will have to ask your hosting provider that question.

If it's clear it's a hunting site we wouldn't have any problems with it.
