On the Use of Cookies on myBB help document, it has a link to clear cookies, but the link isn't working correctly.

The link leads to misc.php?action=clearcookies&key={1}, where {1} should be my logout key.

When clicked, it leads me to board message that says:

You could not be verified to clear cookies. This may have been because a malicious Javascript was attempting to clear your cookies automatically. If you intended to clear your cookies, please view the "Use of Cookies on MyBB" help document.

I just tested this on a 1.6.3 board and it worked fine for me. Does the url show {1} instead of your key or did you just change that in order to post here?

Strange, I've got the same issue on my website! www.rctalk.co.uk

The link shows {1} even when logged out.

Interesting...I think this might be a bug. The link shows fine for a clean install but once you edit the help document and save it the link drops the key part and instead has {1}

Let me see if I can get to the bottom of this before filing it as a bug.
