With the current default MyBB reputation system, you can't delete reputations that are given. Not even if you are the admin. Unless you have phpMyAdmin or a similar tool.
You can also install the Alternative Reputation System plugin which gives you lots of more functions and a total new reputation system. You won't lose any data. More information on that can be found here http://community.mybboard.net/showthread.php?tid=2432

How can i prevent users from making reputation for admin!
