If apache is installed wrong everything will be since it's all handled in the installation of cPanel...

What I was saying was that if FTP isn't working then it's probably not Apache.

What I was saying was that if FTP isn't working then it's probably not Apache.
I wasn't arguing with you... I was stating that since both ftp and apache are wrong so is the whole cPanel installation(since it installs both services for you).
