Try to de-activate this Language Translation plugin. Most likely its causing the issue.

hm, that's odd! As I said in the other thread, often if nothing else works you can just edit the appropriate template in your theme (in this case it would be New Reply, etc) and remove the offending part manually. But that's usually a last resort, initially I would follow Yaldaram's advice and try to find the feature in the MyBB config
Alright, I've edited your templates and now editor toolbar is visible. The problem was caused due to the Language plugin you've installed.
Please check and confirm.
