is there anyway I can add skype and remove icq?

Use Custom Profile Fields for these things.
There's also a plugin for Skype, it should be in the mods
It gives increased functionality if you need it, but yeah I think for most you can just use Custom Profile Fields!

I am using profile tabs and that would go under the about me section if I do it that way.

I'll look into this more. I'm not sure what to do as I don't think there is a plugin for all of these.
