I want to change that open menu in it to
Home Servers Rules Donate us search memberlist calendar help and contact
but how i can make that possible?
Cause i dont know what page it is in the forums
And how i can make easy the pages for it, if you think i need a mod please let me known for sure.

You can edit the menu in the header template, depending on your theme it might be in one of the other header templates.

ACP >> Templates & Style >> Templates >> yourtheme >> Header Templates >> header
