I have this message for the MySupport Mod

You probably have another MySupport plugin in ./inc/plugins folder. You've to remove it from there.

The problem was you put the plugin file into ./inc/plugins/ and ./admin/modules/config/, you put the wrong file in ./admin/modules/config/
