It suddenly happened that every time I click something in the ACP I have to log in again? And that means I get stuck in a constant loop and I can't install the theme?

How do I fix it? Thanks!

I dd that the first time I had issues and now it is doing it again and I didn't touch anythign!

OK this is where it gets confusing.
I prefer to use forum.shovehost.com to access it. but shovehost.com/forum also works.

Check your "settings.php" file and make sure your cookie is set correctly.

where is that in the ACP?

Its not in ACP, its in ./inc/ folder.

Your Cpanel > public_html > your forum folder > inc > settings.php file

You can't access it with two different URLs like this, with your current settings accessing it with forum.shovehost.com will work fine.
