i installed a new theme but the plug in's i installed in old theme is not appear in new theme..what can i do???

When installing a new theme your plugins won't work unless you add the codes into the theme by yourself. Otherwise you can disable the plugin then enable it again. In some plugins this could reset the data.

As Grime said, when you add a new theme to your forum, you need to deactivate then activate your plugins, so the plugin code is added back into the templates. Either you can do that, or search templates for code added by plugins, and then move them to the new themes templates, but of course, the first option is easier.
