how to see who rated my threaD?
do i have to pay that plugin or is anything else?

Found that, but I am not quite sure if it works since it was designed for 1.4 and there might have been some changes in the rating system. After downloading you need to open the plugin file and find:
"compatibility" => "14*"
And replace it with:
"compatibility" => "16*"
