Hi Friends

I am very new to mybb forums

in mybb can i set show thread page layout like the attached image ?

i mean 2 columns layout 1 column for poster details and other for post content

2. is it possible to remove the thread subject from all reply ? (i mean subject should not repeat in all reply )

Thank you
IN your ACP> navigate to the configuration>board settings>
then look for Show thread options....
[code]Post Layout
Allows you to switch between the classic and new horizontal layout modes. Classic mode shows the author information to the left of the post, horizontal shows the author information above the post.
Display posts using the horizontal post layout
Display posts using the classic layout[code]

Tick display posts in classic layout......this will make ur postbits look like u showed in the pic...

this works for the new users only....not for old registered users...

For old users...to force classic postbit see this

Hi

one more question please

After posting every reply its showing a message box saying you are posted successfully and redirecting after few seconds

can i remove this message and redirect automatically ?

thanks again
ACP >> Configuration >> Settings >> Server and Optimization Options >> Friendly Redirection Pages >> Off
Remember, ACP settings effect all users. To disable it for you only then Go to: User Control Panel > Edit Options > in "Other Options" area > Untick "Show friendly redirect pages" option.
Great...
