I've never used the twitter or facebook ones, though I've used others like the forrst API and the last.fm API (mostly for personal projects) a fair bit.
I have used various versions of Facebook, Twitter, Bit.ly, Adf.ly and Stop Forum Spam SDK/APIs
I've used Twitter API for some of my websites.
