When you go to PHPmyadmin.
Make sure, you go to your MYBB database and see if there is all tables, all tables means you should have atleast 54 [approx, min. I guess] tables..
and than in export tab when you select all make sure, all tables got selected verify mannually.... and than Select "Structured and Data" and than Click "Go".
If still same problem than give screenshots of last step after selecting all tables...
