How do I create tabs for each forum ?

How do I make that annoying message , your post has been posted please w8 until i take you there!

Tab feature is by plugin. Will pull up link later.

That "annoying message" is called a Friendly Redirect Page. If you're wanting to disable it, go to ACP > Configuration > Server & Optimization Settings > change Friendly Redirection Page to off.
